Team Reconyx

Rod & Doug

Team ReconyxRod Owen & Doug Hampton met in 2006 while sharing camp at High Point Hunt Club in northern Missouri. They are both construction workers who share a tremendous love for hunting Mature whitetails. With each of them having prime ground in two different mid-western states, it just seemed natural to team up & see what kind of success the duo could have as a team. Living over 8 hours apart has not hampered them at all. In the past 5 years, they have layed down over 30 animals on video. With kills in 6 different states, big bucks from the midwest as well as the south are being knocked down with regularity. The excitement of being on the cast of Dream Season 'The Journey' has given this team the drive to up their game. Now known as Team Reconyx, this southern redneck and midwestern veteran bring a unique killer combination to the table.

Team Mossy Oak Properties

Bart & Blair

Team Mossy Oak PropertiesBart and Blair Goins are brothers that grew up in northwest Alabama. Both of the brothers started hunting at an early age alongside their father. The passion of the outdoors grew instantly from the moment they were first introduced to hunting. Bart and Blair grew up hunting in north Alabama and south central Tennessee. Bart started filming his hunting adventures while in high school and his brother soon joined him. The brothers teamed up and started filming everything they could. In the fall of 2010, they were featured on amateur Dream Season 8: Workin’ Man. In the summer of 2011, the Goins brothers were announced the winners of Dream Season 8 and are now the newest team aboard Drury Outdoors.

Bart is 25 years old and owns a landscaping company in their hometown of Muscle Shoals, AL. Blair is 30 years old and works as a pharmaceutical sales rep for Amylin Pharmaceuticals. The brothers have been filming together for over six years now and have several Pope and Young bow kills in their home state. The two biggest thrills for the Goins brothers are managing their farms to ensure a healthy deer herd, and bowhunting the targeted bucks. Outside of hunting, the brothers enjoy spending time with family and friends, Braves baseball, and Alabama football. Bart and Blair were often referred to as the bad boys of Dream Season 8, and with different personalities and competitive edge, there is never a dull moment!

Team Walker's

Steve & Joe

Team MADCoon Dog and Joe have been long time Drury Members and friends from way back. Coon Dog first appeared on one of Drury’s turkey videos back in 1996 and Joe appeared even earlier. With Joe’s many years of chasing Big Game through out the United States he has a big edge over the rest. Between the both of them there are a lot of years of hunting experience. This is not to say they are old or anything, just that they have a strong passion for the outdoors and they love to put animals on the ground!! Coon Dog knew back then that his passion for the outdoor industry was something he wanted to succeed in. So now being part of the Drury Team for all these years, Coon Dog feels that Dream Season “The Journey” has put Joe and himself in the driver’s seat to showcase their ability to chase the Majestic Whitetail. That’s why they were nick named the Deadly Combination! If the viewers have been following Joe and Coon Dog they know as a team they have laid down some awesome kills since being together. That’s just the tip of the iceberg, because now they have stepped up their game! The only bad part of being in the cast of Dream Season is that you’re up against your fellow teammates. Joe and Coon Dog want each and every one of the teams to be successful throughout the season, but it’s still a competition so they will try their best to win each and every leg of the season.

Joe and Coon Dog both have families and they know how hard it is to be away from them. They know what it takes to do what they love and that is to hunt. That is why it is so important to them, that their families support them both.

Oh, before I forget, HOW ‘BOUT THEM COWBOYS!

Team Cabela's

Jarrod & Steve

Team Ozonics

Steve Frantz and Jarrod Gibson have been nothing less than HUGE whitetail hunters for their entire lives. Both were born and raised hunting with their dad and brothers at an early age. However, it wasn’t until 2008 that they met when Jarrod started dating and married Steve’s sister Katie. It didn’t take long for their passion for hunting Whitetails to collide! They began filming each other every time they stepped in the woods. In 2010, Steve and Jarrod set out to see just how good their skills were. They made it a goal to produce the best footage possible of a giant whitetail kill and submit it to Drury’s Bow Madness competition “I shot it with my PSE”. Steve was able to harvest a 171” deer with his bow that Jarrod filmed, to take home the master prize of a brand new HUNT V. Since then they have produce several kills on film from all over the country. It was their lifelong dream to be a part of Drury Outdoors - in particular “Dream Season”!  The day they got the invite from Mark, Terry and Matt Drury to come be a part of the show was an answered prayer and a dream come true!
Steve and Jarrod were both born and raised in Mobile, AL, but within the last several years have relocated to Birmingham, AL to open their own Insurance Agencies. Both Steve and Jarrod have kids and very supportive wives that support their dreams of being professional hunters.  This team is as southern as it gets and are a great representation of what southern hunters have to offer.
