Shipping/ Back Orders

All orders will be shipped as complete as possible. We will back order merchandise temporarily out of stock, unless specifically cancelled by customer. Any revision in quantities on pre-season orders is subject to availability of products.


Product will be warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship. It will always be our intention to ship only first-quality merchandise. If, however, our products are returned to you by your customer because of possible defects in workmanship, please follow these procedures: Write or call (1-800-990-9351) Customer Service, Drury Marketing, Inc., P.O. Box 71, Bloomsdale, MO 63627 and request a Return Authorization Number. The Return Authorization Number must be clearly marked on the outside of the shipping container. Our Receiving Department will not accept a box without the Return Authorization Number. All shipments must be sent pre-paid. COD shipments will not be accepted.
