Terry watched three long beards and seven hens feed on a recently planted field and watched all of them fly up to roost on the edge of the field the night prior to the hunt. He woke up extra early and inched his way onto the edge of the field near where the birds had roosted. Once he got the decoys placed and got tucked up tight against a tree the birds started gobbling away! The three long beards pitched out into the field 100 yards away and slowly strutted in close enough to let his Winchester do what it does best!
