Joe's love for archery began in 1980. He became hooked on bowhunting when he encountered three does on his first-ever hunt! In 1992, Joe turned his love of hunting into a career when he started Joe's Sporting Goods - a full line sporting goods store for the serious outsdoorman. In 1996, he met Terry and Mark at the Shot Show in Las Vegas, and a friendship was born. In 1998, Mark asked Joe if he would be interested in filming his hunts for Drury Outdoors! Since then, the relationship has been great. Joe says it is great to show everyone the outdoors through video! He loves and respects the outdoors, and all the animals in it.

The hunting life is not a job for Joe, it is a passion. Hunting mature whitetails in the fall, and calling in the wild turkey in the spring with his son Evan, and his good friend Steve Coon are true memories that he cherishes dearly. Joe is proud to be a Drury Outdoors Team member, and is also proud of all the good friends that he has made through his hunting career!
