Matt & Jason
Matt and Jason grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains, where hunting wasn’t just a hobby or interest, but more of a way of life. Matt, growing up in northwest North Carolina and Jason in southwest Virginia, they endured one common thread that would eventually lead them to a firendship and lifelong bond like they never would have dreamed. In 2007, their opportunity to begin chasing whitetails throughout the country and filming/producing hunts together as a team began and it wouldn’t take long for them to realize that this was certainly something they would likely spend the remainder of their lives pursuing.
Chuck & Steve
Team Filley Weldon was formed in 1995 when a mutual friend introduced Chuck and Steve. Steve was a police officer in Gallatin, Mo. After several ride alongs they became the best of friends or more like brothers. Chuck and Steve started hunting together on the Weldon farms in 2005, that year Steve shot his biggest buck to date, Steve decided to pick up a Sony handycam and film chuck the rest of the season. Well as they say the rest is history! After several thousand dollars spent and countless hours in the woods of north Missouri Team Filley Weldon have realized their Dream. Competing on Drury Outdoors Dream Season Workin Man!
Roscoe & Jon
Growing up on the back roads of the mid-west, Jon and Roscoe have collectively been chasing whitetails for over 50 years. The passion burns as deep today as it ever has, with the opportunity to film for Dream Season 8, Workin’ Man. Meeting in late 2009 and both having filming experience, they decided to climb the same tree to try their luck together. Jon lives in Higginsville MO and owns Spring Creek Taxidermy. Roscoe lives in Warrensburg MO and works as a civilian for the United States Air Force. He also owns the Bow Doctor Archery Shop. Living ten minutes apart is a plus; one phone call and they can be hitting the road to one of their little honey holes. Each year, from Kansas through Missouri and into Illinois, they spend hundreds of hours chasing the giant whitetails of the Midwest. For them hunting whitetails never stops. They enjoy all aspects of the hunt from finding sheds, food plotting, hanging stands and running trail cameras…all to bridge the time before their next hunt for a trophy buck.

Jose’ & Ernie
For Ernie and Jose’, hunting had always been a mainstay in their lives. When their paths crossed at a local Michigan Outdoor Tradeshow, five years ago, they both had one thing on their mind: taking the hunt to the next level. Since that day they have been documenting their hunts on film, and loving every minute of it. Their belief in God, and their true respect for the sport, as well as their utter reverence for the animals in which they pursue, is the glue that binds a rock-solid partnership known as none other than TEAM MICHIGAN.
Bart & Blair
Bart and Blair are the first ever Dream Season contestants from Alabama. Both were drug to the woods at an early age by their dad. The passion for the outdoors grew instantly when both of the brothers were introduced to the woods. The brothers are five years apart. Bart and Blair grew up hunting northwest Alabama and south central Tennessee. Bart developed a passion for filming his hunts while in high school. After high school, the two brothers teamed up and started filming together. After locking down some good farms, the brothers started to lay down good hunts on video. For both brothers, the two main thrills of the outdoors is simply managing the farms to ensure a healthy herd and bow hunting the targeted bucks. The brothers bring different personalities to the table, which never allows for a dull moment!
Jesse & Mike
Mike and Jesse went to the same High School in mid-west Indiana where their passion for hunting and the outdoors led them to college degrees in Conservation Law Enforcement. After realizing that Conservation Officers are to busy to actually hunt, Jesse was hired as a Deputy with the County Sheriff’s Department were they both live and Mike works for a nearby Police Department. Like many others who watched “Dream Season”, Mike and Jesse began filming their hunts in 2006. By the time “Bow Madness” aired they were having enough success to make the “I Shot It With My PSE” portion of the show each year. Being selected as one of the “Dream Season 8 – Workin’ Man” teams was a dream come true and the product of years of hard work and dedication. Mike and Jesse feel truly blessed to have worked with Drury Outdoors, the best team in the outdoor industry. Jesse is married with three boys ages 4, 7 and 9. Mike, also married, has a daughter 17 and son 18.
