My interest in hunting during my elementary years consisted of a sampling of squirrel and quail. My interest shifted to other sports during my teenage years. However, the interest in hunting was revived once I noticed that my son, Bric, became totally committed to hunting. He put a camera in my hands and said, “start filming”. It has been that way since, a team effort, sharing the sunrises, sunsets, successful hunts, disappointing hunts, my-turn, your-turn, rain, fog, ice, snow, and laughter along the way. This year the family honor of having the longest turkey beard, biggest antlers on the wall and biggest hog kill was stripped from me. Better hunts are awaiting.
