As dawn arrived the next morning we were met by a light drizzle that had been falling all night. Even though the birds were wet again it did not stop them from putting on a show, they were very vocal that morning from three long beards gobbling their heads off, to a loud mouth hen. As the birds hit the ground it wasn't long until the Shady Lady and the King Strut did their job. The very vocal hens came marching in yelping their heads off and it wasn't long until the gobbler followed. Once the gobbler saw the King Strut, he left his live hens and made the fatel mistake of walking in front of Coon Dog. So if you want to see another smash for Long Beard 15 that was laid down by Team Drury, we will see next year!!!!
